Our Weekend - Cafe Aqua & Red Rock

Monday, June 30th, 2008

We have had the best weather in Coffs Harbour of late and Saturday was no different. My beautiful wife and I got up early and headed to one of our favourite cafes for breakfast (Cafe Aqua). I got to enjoy some of their Paul Bassett coffee which is always nice. The owner Steve always makes us feel welcome =) After brekkie we headed the best getaway spot in Australia, Red Rock (This is where i proposed to Skye). Packed with our picnic bag full of cheeses, olives, chillie salami, dips and a nice bottle of shiraz we set up camp on the bank of the Red Rock river. We did a spot of fishing and yes we managed to catch us some dinner =) All in all a very perfect day.

Isn’t She Beautiful =)

Baby Blake - 24th June 2008

Wednesday, June 25th, 2008

Hey Guys and Girls,

It’s been a whole week since I last made a post but just to keep you up to date I had the privilege of photographing the cutest little boy yesterday. Blake has the biggest smile, it just took us a little time and patience before he revealed it. He even had a little nap for us as his early little rise started to catch up with him =)

Half way through our shoot we had time for a cuppa and I got to teach father Don a little bit of my barista skills on his Gaggia Classic Espresso machine. At no charge of course!

Hope you like some of these little moments that were captured =)

What a cutie…

Sleep time =)

Dad was having a relax in the hammock. I know where his son gets his cheeky smile =)

Little feet

I love his wide eyes…

After a sleep he was a little trooper =)

All smiles just before i was about to go, so we pulled the camera out for a few more =)

Veronica & Graeme Wedding - 14th June

Monday, June 16th, 2008

What a beautiful day to have a wedding in winter. Despite a week of on and off rain, Saturday God decided to let the sun shine down =) We had a bit of wind come up in the afternoon but hey at least it was not raining. Our venue for the ceremony was at the St Augustine church in Coffs Harbour. Father Paul was the man who conducted the ceremony.

At a touch after 2 a very nervous bride arrived and glided down the aisle clutching her father. It was a great service and afterwards we headed to Gallows beach for our first photo location and then down a funky little ally in the CBD. The sun was almost set and we finished up our shoot on the Jetty. Thanks to Veronica and Graeme for being great throughout the day I loved shooting your wedding.

Feel free to post your comments =)

Grandma was a favourite of mine in the church…

Wedding Expo 08 - Bonville

Sunday, June 8th, 2008

Well what a BUSY day… started out this morning at 7.30am setting up our stand and getting ready for what could be potentially a really hectic day… and it was! It looked like the heavens were going to open up and wash us out early on, however blue sky began to poke its little head out.

We had such a great time talking with potential clients and catching up with others that had already booked with us. The day really flew by.

At the end of the day everyone had packed up and gone home and yes we were still packing up and trying to go home. The rain did fall but it couldn’t dampen the excitement of the day. So to all the people who attended out stand today a very big THANK YOU!!! and thank you to the staff at Bonville Golf Resort for there help and professionalism at holding such great events =)

I have a very professional photo of me and my amazing wife before the day began. CYA =)

Welcome to My World =)
