Our Weekend – Cafe Aqua & Red Rock
We have had the best weather in Coffs Harbour of late and Saturday was no different. My beautiful wife and I got up early and headed to one of our favourite cafes for breakfast (Cafe Aqua). I got to enjoy some of their Paul Bassett coffee which is always nice. The owner Steve always makes us feel welcome =) After brekkie we headed the best getaway spot in Australia, Red Rock (This is where i proposed to Skye). Packed with our picnic bag full of cheeses, olives, chillie salami, dips and a nice bottle of shiraz we set up camp on the bank of the Red Rock river. We did a spot of fishing and yes we managed to catch us some dinner =) All in all a very perfect day.

Great photos you remind me of your pop with your love of fishing. So happy your beautifull wife and our daughter in law has the same interests as you.
