Wedding of Melissa & Graeme - 13th December 2008

Thursday, December 18th, 2008

Last Saturday saw the last wedding for 2008 before we head over to Vietnam for 4 weeks. It was a great wedding… a little windy, but hey the rain did stay away and we managed to get some great shots. It was held out on the furthest point on the Coffs Harbour Jetty. Melissa looked great with her hair out and flowing in the wind. Graeme just couldn’t keep the smile off his face all day. I really enjoyed the shoot as this couple provided some really great moments together in front of the lens =) We even had a lost shoe in the cracks of the Jetty on the way down the Aisle.

See you all real soon =)

Wedding of Natalie & Ben - 7th December 2008

Saturday, December 13th, 2008

After arriving back from Tamworth the night before, I had the privilege of shooting the wedding of Natalie and Ben. Bit of a romantic love story here I tell you. They both met in the States… That’s the USA while Natalie was on holidays… Ben well he is a man from Mexico who too was in holiday mode, they both fell helplessly in love. They came back to Australia where they married and so for Ben’s family who could not make it over for the wedding here are some of the pics that we took.

To Natalie & Ben Congrats and I hope you like the pics =)

Wedding of Crystal & Matt - Tamworth - 6th December 2008

Tuesday, December 9th, 2008

I had such a busy weekend I just had to recover yesterday and spend sometime with ME =)

On Friday I travelled out to a very familiar town of Tamworth NSW, the country music capital of Oz. By familiar I mean before I married my wife she used to live out there and work for Prime News so I know the road like the back of my hand not to mention some pretty amazing places to shoot.

So on friday I managed to catch up with Crystal and Matt for the first time, it was like I had known them for ages. For those of you who might think you recognize or know this girl then you probably do, she is part of the really rad band “Chasing Bailey”. I love these guys as a band =)

Saturday was a heap of fun, the ceremony was held at St Johns Church and the weather well it looked like it was going to rain and it did for all of about about 5 minutes 2 hours before the ceremony, then it was perfect. I loved this wedding, Crystal and Matt were amazing, I love you guys and Yes I will will come visit you one day soon =) They were 2 people totally in love with each other and couldn’t wait for the moment where “You may now kiss the bride”. We had a heap of fun on the photo shoot, boys being boys and the girls, well…. they just looked so good all day.

Just wanted to say a big shout out to Crystals dad, he was one of my favourites on the day, Mr Funny =) I loved it!

Wedding of Emma & Dallas - 23rd November 2008

Monday, December 1st, 2008

Last week was a beautiful day for a wedding on the North Coast of Coffs Harbour. The Venue was Annuka Beach Resort. Emma was a fun and energetic bride who looked fantastic. Very bold to go with the deep red lipstick on the lips… but pulled it off sesationally. Thanks Cal for the makeup and Jodi from Bellisimo Brides for the hair, top job!

To Emma & Dallas thanks for the memories of your special day, pray you are having a great honeymoon!!!

Wedding of Alisha & Clint - 22nd November 2008

Wednesday, November 26th, 2008

Firstly I want to say congrats to the newly married couple, I had the best time shooting your wedding. Wow Clint I wouldn’t have thought that all those years ago back at Toormina High School that I would be shooting your wedding =) It was an honour mate.

I think we could not have picked a more windy day for a wedding on a headland. But hey we got there in the end and praise God there was not a drop of rain in sight =)

As Clint is very much a Sawtell boy we decided to shoot a few shots down the old main street before heading off to Saltwater Restaurant for the reception and a few photos on the beach.

Anyways all the best to you both for the future, good luck in Paris Clint with your League and I guess I will see you in Sawtell in the future some time =)

Wedding of Brooke & Matt - 16th November 2008

Wednesday, November 19th, 2008

Firstly I would like to say “Praise God” for the weather. It looked like any minute the sky was going to fall on us. You see this wedding format was a little different than most others, Brooke, Matt and I got to hang out before their wedding ceremony for their pics. Which I think was about the only time on Sunday it did not rain.

The ceremony was held at the Coffs Harbour Golf Club. We had the fun of being able to use some carts and go around the course to find our little pots of gold (locations). We had a ball I think Matt might think that I am a little looney, but I hey I am a passionate photographer who loves his job!

Despite the rain arriving at the time of the ceremony we managed to keep ourselves dry as we held that part undercover =) So a big congratulations to Brooke & Matt. I look forward to catching up soon =)

Wedding of Kristy & Ben - 15th Nov 2008

Monday, November 17th, 2008

Wow, what a day! It went from perfect sunshine all morning to overcast clouds in the afternoon and then “POP” right in the middle of the ceremony the rain came pouring down and washed us out of the Bonville Rainforest and inside to plan B. The one thing it didn’t dampen was the wedding spirit and the love that Kristy and Ben had for each other and their wonderful families. I have seen a few grooms shed the occasional tear but Ben he was a trooper, streaming rivers of them! I love your heart Ben. After the ceremony had finished… yes it completely stopped raining. Which was great because we got some great spots in our travels to photograph at. I love the shot of Mr Happy Ben on the headland jumping for joy…

Congrats to two wonderful people. Hope you love the shots. Talk to you soon =)
