I have been sooo busy here at SCP as we are gearing up for this years wedding expo to be held at Bonville Golf Resort. I have fallen a little behind in the blog posting. This wedding was shot a couple of weeks back and was such a wonderful wedding to photograph. The weather was amazing as was our fantastic bridal party.
Lauren and Jordan were married at the St Augustine church in Coffs Harbour. It is such a beautiful church with some great features throughout. The wedding ceremony went off without a hitch as we then headed off for some photos. For the first time in a while we went to the Jetty Foreshores for most of the shots before finishing up on Lauren’s parents property. Such a fitting place to hold a reception with such a grand marque it was perfect.
Anyway enough of the talk here are some of their photos =) Please feel free to make a comment. I love em!

It was a beautiful weekend to be shooting a wedding slight overcast moments made for perfect lighting and a gorgeous sunset just capped it off. The wedding was held a Darlington Park near Corindi Beach or Arrawarra on the North Coast. It was a great setting for a ceremony as it brought about a lot of sentimental emotions for both Kate and Aaron. Officiating on the day was the wonderful Catherine Campbell.
We started off the day by photographing the guys before moving on to the girls, we had to be a bit inconspicuous as the 2 rooms where they were getting organinsed were rather close together =) However we got there and got to the ceremony on time. The girls arrived in style on the back of Aaron’s 4×4 ute very rad =)
After the ceremony we stayed pretty close by to get some shots and I think these came out pretty sweet. It is one of my most favourite spots on the coast to photograph =) =)
To Katie and Aaron, enjoy your honeymoon and to the Betlands I look forward to seeing you all again soon in September for the next wedding =)
Please feel free to leave a comment and let us know what you think of the pics =)

This is one of my favourites for the day with the sun just sneaking in over the mountains

On Saturday I had the photographic task of shooting the wedding of Bee and Craig =) Such a wonderful couple with such a great love for one another. Their ceremony was held at Aanuka Beach Resort. It was a beautiful midday ceremony that unfortunately was interrupted just before the bride came down the aisle. So it was moved under cover and with a few quick adjustments it was all ready to go =) Deb McMahon was the officiating celebrant with her husband Les. These guys are amazing and I love it when we get to catch up on the job =)
After the ceremony the rain moved on and gave us an opportunity to get some great shots. Its always nice once you have a bit of rain and then the sun decides to come out.
Bee and Craig I hope you have a wonderful honeymoon and that you don’t miss your little daughter too much =) Catch up with you soon.

I love this dress… Very elegant and simple yet WOW!!!

Born 7th April 2010 weighing 8 pounds and super healthy, our little boy Zeke changed my life. He is soooo cute and I just love to hold him it is just so surreal to be holding your child a creation of 2 people so uniquely formed. It does make a man flow tears from his eyes with such joy. So as all photographers do we took volumes of photos on day one and here are some of those pics =)
An Emergency C Sect had to be performed to bring little Zeke into the world…

I could not enter the room so I set up the camera with a fisheye and on fully automatic shooting mode and gave it to a midwife to grab some shots… Lets just say I must have given it to the right person as these shots in the room are amazing…. Thank you to the team at the Coffs Harbour Health Campus

Such a precious time for my wife as she gets her hold after delivering Zeke 4 hours earlier.

Cant believe how much he opens his eyes and looks around after being out in the world for only hours.

Such a happy little family =)

Hey groovers hope you all had a great Easter celebration! We got to catch up with family and get an update on the family portraits… Trouble was I was the photographer =) =) So with a bit of help from my trusty tripod and remote trigger we managed to pull off some great shots… Do you know how many shots you need to take to get kids to look at a camera with no-one standing behind =) LOTS =) it was a lot of fun minus the wind factor.
Anyhow enjoy the pics and stay tuned cause my wife is now 7 days over-due and i will be dropping some more shots of bub when He or She arrives…
This is my clan… Mum Dad Sister and Brother-in-law their 3 kids, my beautiful wife and ME!!!

Mum and dad look so cute together in their matching colours =) I love them sooooooooo much =)

These boys may look cute but they keep you running on empty all day =) I love them =)

Bit of romance here…

My wife just looks a picture =) How blessed am I to have a gorgeous wife who looks like this when she is 6 days over-due….Hottie!!!

Did I mention she was… is HOT!!!

What a perfect perfect day for a wedding and what a great location to have it. For those that are looking at a wedding venue Bonville Golf Resort has some of the most spectacular landscapes around. Also Jason being a mad golfer it makes an even better reason to get married there. The ceremony was held on the 1st hole and brought in some great features of the Bonville course. It was truly amazing.
We started the day photographing the boys in Coffs Harbour before moving on out to Bonville where lisa and her sisters were getting ready =) We had such a great time with the guys throughout the day it made for some great photos.
Here are just a few, don’t forget to leave us a comment and tell us what you think =)

The boys just love their golf!!!

It was always going to be a fun event shooting the wedding of Jodie & Tim. These 2 have such a fun chemistry together they just make my job soooo enjoyable.
The wedding was held at the ever popular Aanuka Beach Resort, situated on the North Coast of NSW. The ceremony took place inside the little chapel that is located on the resort. It was an absolute stunning day which equally match a very beautiful couple. I must admit in this wedding I came across probably the best bridesmaid dress ever. It was a deep green vintage number, conservative in design. I loved it and it will be a very hard dress to beat =) =) Thanks to Tracey for pulling it off so well =)
Anyway enough of that I hope you all enjoy a very brief snap of the day… To Jodie and Tim an absolute pleasure to be your photographer, enjoy your honeymoon and I look forward to talking with you both soon =)
If you guys love the photos feel free to let us know by posting a comment below =) =)

I loved this time in the ceremony, so many fun stories =)

Check out the bridesmaids dress =) Love it!

I love this shot…
